I made it! For now.

YEAH. 

I MADE IT. With roughly 5 hours sleep under my belt, I managed to wake up at 7!

Then I was able to finish off my Certificate II in Retail thingymabobby. Some partnership HJ's has with William and Angliss (world reknowned hospitality company thing). 

Basically, I've been on it for about 9 months and you have to read material and answer it on these bright orange sheets. Sounds easy, but the questions are TEDIOUS. Takes a long time to do and its just basic comprehension really. 

So get through two huge binders of questions on everything from hygiene to displaying food to interacting with customers, and you're FINISHED and you get the certificate. Yay!

SO that's done and dusted.

TODAY I:

Worked for 6 hours and then I'M HOME! Now I'm attempting to do an English language analysis in time for 6pm English Tuition. Thats in 40 minutes and I'm only halfway through. 

AND Lucille (le tutor) said there's something in the article that every kid misses. And she expects me to not miss it. And I'm stressing. 

THAT, is Pretzel, mah dawg, with my HJ's hat that I'm not gonna wear for like, another MONTH. JOY!

Well ... IT DID!

Inspired by the new awesome season of Heroes, thank goodness the stupid American writers strike is over. 

Also made a Gossip Girl inspired one.

ONE second! Wowza.

But yeah, in all seriousness it looks nothing like it. That's because the real font for that Gossip Girl there is 'Helvetica 33 Thin Extended'. Like you care.

Basically you have to pay 30 bucks for it. For a freaking font? Get lost.

I set my alarm to 7:30 am - in 6 hours, and put it all the way next to the computer over there *points*

That means I have to get up from my bed to turn it off. Or wait it off. Hopefully I'll get up and turn it off so it means I'm up (and I don't fall asleep again).

Lately I've had this habit of thinking, "Okay, tomorrow, your alarm is set for 8:30 you can nap til 9:00 but must start work then." 

and somehow I manage to keep snoozing the thing until 10:00.

I bet this scheme of putting the alarm over there won't work either. Who knows? We'll see in 6 hours. 

I have work at 9:00 - 3:30 today as well, this is gonna shape up to be a very interesting day.

I don't know exactly what this is going to turn out to be, but I'm furtively excited!

Hopefully it'll be a fresh, bold and different approach - as opposed to talking about myself all the time. 

Procrastination and the looming examinations do pose a problem, however.
